This document discusses digital participation in Scotland's communities and outlines a program to improve basic digital skills. It notes that 1 in 5 adults, half of charities, and a quarter of small and medium-sized enterprises are missing basic digital skills. The program provides resources, community projects, digital internships, a participation charter, and events to help more people and organizations develop digital skills and participate digitally.
