• General Manager, is the head of our company,
he is responsible for all areas of the company
targets commercial and administrative
managers, financial and administrative

6. National Sales Manager:
• is in charge of directing and leading
commercial directors, is who makes trading
strategies that generate the largest company

Financial Manager
• this person is responsible for directing and
controlling the administrative management
regarding schedules, permits, and financially,

and payments to suppliers.
8. Commercial Directors:
• Marketing managers are responsible for
prospecting, call, and visit clients, who have
interest in making Factoring operations, in
turn should train outsiders who are interested
in working in the commercial area of
factoring, meet goals and budgets.
9. Director of Operations
• is in charge of directing, operating process of
disbursement of factoring operations, reviews
and coordinates the assessments of
operations, is responsible for receiving and
disbursing the papers to send to customers
the cost.
10. Chief Risk
• is in charge of engineering, financial analysis,
both quantitative and qualitative of the
factoring companies who wish to have the
responsibility of determining whether it is
feasible or not a client, providing for
disbursement quota
