4. Who and Why are We?
We are Burmese Americans who have successfully
assimilated into American society.
We want to provide other resident Burmese and new
immigrants the benefit of our knowledge
Growing need for certain services by disadvantaged
family of the Burmese and others in the community that
have not been met by the established systems.
Board members have been volunteering and working
individually to fill this need and now have decided to work
together

We are passionate about making a difference in the
communities we serve.
We are not rigid with allowance of great deal of
latitude.
We prize governance, accountability, honesty and
respect.
We have no ethnic nor faith biases.

We always talk about linking policies and budget! What does it means? That means implementing medium term expenditure frameworks in a PRS context Diagnostic analysis in case of performance gap. Translating PR strategy to result M&E is to capture successes and constraints in implementing the reforms intention
Based on budget and resource availability, we will extend our service to focus on
Cyclone Nargis struck Myanmar on 2 and 3 May 2008 with winds up to 200 kph, sweeping through the Ayeyarwady (Irrawaddy) delta region and the country’s main city and former capital, Yangon (Rangoon).
