so many cells and other factors surrounding an RNA sample that obtaining it may be more
difficult than first anticipated. Other factors can get in the way of sample RNA isolation. For
instance, if bone or other cavities are surrounding an RNA sample, then the sample can be
frozen in order to remove it successfully without disrupting any of the other cells.
After doing RNA isolation, the RNA must
be kept stabilised. Without stabilising,
the actual sources of RNA can actually
be destroyed and then a test will come
back with irregular and inaccurate
results due to the RNA being disrupted.

lengthy process and can include many
different variations on how to isolate
the RNA. Using dry ice is just one of the
most popular ways of isolating RNA
within a cell, yet this is a time
consuming and monotonous way of
isolating an RNA structure.
But since the rise and rise of scientific technology, there are now special methods that are
proven to successfully do perform RNA isolation in order to test it and receive accurate and
readable results.
This type of testing method is known as Plant RNA Isolation Aid. This helps by removing
compounds which can be problematic when trying to isolate RNA from a source.
