    Get good at helping people. Become a go to person. Proactively help people succeed and build relationships.

    Never be afraid of writing. Write a lot and use it to good effect.

    People who make a living out of giving advice, often do have pretty good advice.

    Visit at least one new country each year. It will help you become much more self-aware.
