  6. 6. The situation description: <ul><li>Today in shelters and boarding schools of Russia is more than 700 thousand children. On the statistican, annually in Russia about 16000 graduates of educational institutions for children-orphans and children without parental support, begin independent life. The graduate faces freedom which he waited so a long time. However, unfortunately, at the majority of the teenagers who have grown within the precincts of state institutions, the active vital position to world around isn't generated. Starting out independent life, they face problems of habitation, the organization of a life, interaction with wide society and many other things. Despite privileges given by the state, 70 percent of graduates in independent life don't feel in equal position with those who was brought up in a family. In most cases they aren't ready to peripetias of life and are in great need in support. They remain at this time, it is possible to tell, absolutely one. They don't know the rights and aren't able to protect them, they are incapable to accept independent critical decisions and to achieve objects in view. </li></ul>E-mail: n.o.t.alone@mail.ru
  7. 7. <ul><li>Graduates of children's orphaned establishments face a choice of the future trade, prepare for receipt in the higher and average special educational institutions the same as also all young men, wishing to get education. The problem becomes complicated that graduates of children's orphaned establishments are frequently incapable to correlate the personal data with professional prospect and consequently don't represent how to achieve the object in practice. Therefore many were shelter-children get to criminal communities or simply become vagabonds. Accustoming to life in a society occupies at were shelter-children more than 6 years, but also then half from them continue to live with an inferiority complex.  On the statistican only 10 % of graduates of the state shelters adapt for life in a society, 40 % commit crimes, 40 more % of graduates become alcoholics and addicts, 10 % commit suicide. </li></ul>E-mail: n.o.t.alone@mail.ru The situation description:
  8. 8. <ul><li>Why not all welfare funds of the help to children take up the problems of social adaptation of children, and continue to be engaged in gathering of things, equipment by furniture of shelters, at the best the organization of holidays. Various sites of charity are filled by appeals: «Help children» and «Let's help children». Thus, rendering the similar help to children-orphans, people are firmly assured that do very necessary and useful work. It is easier to put new furniture in children's home, or to put on the child a new jacket instead of old, than to understand with it whom he would want to become, and that it is ready to make for this purpose.   9. 9. <ul><li>In real life of the typical graduate of children's home it is possible to describe as follows:  • there is no desire to go to work. They doesn't know and isn't able «the elementary things»; </li></ul><ul><li>• In advance prepares itself for failure, small misses are perceived by it as acknowledgement of the position of the loser; </li></ul><ul><li>• its Head is full of fears, fear of that of it will badly say or think that it will ignore, neglect it, etc.; </li></ul><ul><li>• Has got used to receive all free of charge, therefore often is indignant, when in adult life from it something demand; </li></ul><ul><li>• Often lives in the illusions: without having sufficient experience and formation, he counts on the high salary and position, without understanding that high earnings are connected with high responsibility and a hard work (to get up early, not to shirk etc.). Can undertake too much, thus is able too little; </li></ul><ul><li>• Often gets to dependence on contemporaries, the friends (to shirk for the company), doubtful adults, it use in the purposes. Absorbs negative samples for imitation (drinks, steals etc.) ; </li></ul><ul><li>• Lives one day, without reflecting that will be further.   10. 10. <ul><li>Graduates-teenagers of shelters almost don't adopt and those nice kids who would like to present toys don't take under guardianship, it any more, to adult children often it is not clear, it is possible to render what help.   11. 11. The concept of the project: <ul><li>The project «You not one!» is volunteer project. Means for it will be allocated with sponsors whom will find and will involve volunteer project movement, namely students of various HIGH SCHOOLS. Search of premises for carrying out of thematic meetings will be organized also volunteerby movement. The project «You not one!» Shares on some stages: 1. A fact-finding stage (for children of 14-16 years). Organizers of the project spend a number of lectures in premises of shelters on which pupils of shelters get acquainted with a project essence that it is offered to them within the limits of it and why it is interesting and it is useful to take in it part. I.e. it is a stage of presentation of the project before pupils. 2. The basic stage (for children of 16-18 years). At the given stage there is a realization of the basic part of the project, namely preparation of pupils of shelters for independent life. Various meetings with attraction of experts of corresponding areas (the subjects and the maintenance of meetings are described further) are held. </li></ul>E-mail: n.o.t.alone@mail.ru
  12. 12. <ul><li>3. The final stage (for graduates of shelters age from 18 years). At the given stage graduates are registered on an Internet portal and in group of a social network &quot;Vkontakte&quot; for maintenance of the further relations with the friends, with with whom children studied or have got acquainted on the project.   13. 13. <ul><li>The given project is directed on, that the graduate: • Had benevolent relations with seniors, contemporaries and younger, was able to communicate without conflicts and quarrels. Was able to work in group, in joint labor activity; </li></ul><ul><li>• Observed culture of behavior in public places, correctly itself conducted (did not talk smut); </li></ul><ul><li>• Had a strong character, was self-assured. Not quick-tempered, easy concerned unforeseen circumstances; </li></ul><ul><li>• Was independent in everything, was able to be in charge of housekeeping (to cook food, to wash); </li></ul><ul><li>• Watched the appearance, observed accuracy, neatness. Was able to create the style in clothes; • Was able to build and plan the further home life; </li></ul><ul><li>• Had certain professional interests. Knew, that he wants to achieve in life.   14. 14. <ul><li>To implement the project should be organized: </li></ul><ul><li>Group in a social network &quot;Vkontakte“; </li></ul><ul><li>Database of graduates of shelters with contacts of the graduate (to request in shelters); </li></ul><ul><li>Creation of an Internet portal, forum and group in a social network will help to unite organizers of the project (volunteer movement), the experts involved for carrying out of thematic meetings and seminars, and also graduates of shelters. On a site and young men will find in group for themselves a lot of helpful information. Here can come not only graduates of shelters but also also all interested persons to whom the destiny lonely, as a matter of fact, young men isn't indifferent.  </li></ul><ul><li>Meetings will be organized by students of various HIGH SCHOOLS on various themes (the list is presented those further). Upon termination of a meeting – tasting of the prepared dishes. Professional chefs of different types of kitchens &quot;Where to Study&quot; Seminar on which it is told about trades, about city HIGH SCHOOLS, about they offer what specialities how there to arrive. Teachers or representatives of various universities &quot;Be active, be efficient!&quot; Lectures and trainings on such disciplines as time management where it is possible to learn quickly to cope with affairs, to solve problems and to raise efficiency of the person in the modern world. Coaches on time management and other disciplines to improve the efficiency of the individual in the modern world &quot;Become a businessman&quot; The theme is considered how to open own business that is favourable and that for this purpose it is necessary, and also other questions of modern business are considered. Business Coaches &quot;Day of Psychology&quot; Carrying out of psychological trainings, rendering of psychological support needing, work with young men. Psychologists and sociologists &quot;Family Matters&quot; The theme of conducting a family life, education of children, correct construction of mutual relations between members of a family etc. is considered Psychologists and sociologists
  16. 16. <ul><li>It is supposed that on carrying out of the given meetings, volunteer movement will involve experts, but besides, the project assumes, that as leaders of the given meetings could act and teachers of shelters to whom the help in carrying out and the organisation of thematic meetings will be rendered. At times really caring of destinies of the pupils teachers appear almost in a hopeless situation when support of children-orphans in establishment becomes exclusively at the expense of their personal initiative which is in every possible way limited to rules and norms of the state system. Absence of necessary materials for workshops, strict specifications of products for training to preparation of meal - despite a large quantity of the charitable help to shelters, such material charity to children always happens is claimed. At meetings young men can receive consultation of professionals and answers to the arisen questions. Record on meetings for graduates of shelters will be is made directly in shelters, and also in group of a social network &quot;Vkontakte&quot; and at a forum of an Internet portal.   17. 17. Conclusions: <ul><li>Support of children-orphans should be carried out in a complex, solving various problems of occurrence of such children in a society. The graduate of children's home has no parents who can support and direct the child on a right way. Without preparation, graduates of shelters remain in private with opened freedom and it is clear that is frequent they with such tests don't consult. By means of our project we want to carry out support of children of orphans in their adaptation to the further life out of children's home walls. </li></ul>E-mail: n.o.t.alone@mail.ru
