1 monthâs rental in advance, 2 monthâs
refundable security deposit, advance monthly
payment for telephone, internet lines. Service
Agreement must be signed in duplicates,
signed by both client and sales person (CEO
SUITE), and copy of clientâs passport and
company registration kept in file.
8. ⢠Termination Notice â 2 months
before end of lease date. Clients
not allowed to break their lease,
security deposit will be forfeited
unless they are able to find another
client to take over their lease term.
Service Agreement is legally binding.

services. For a small fee, CEO SUITE can even
provide the use of a PC. VIP clients are allowed up to 3
contact names when they register, thereafter additional
monthly fee will apply for each contact.
Clients have privileges to all our office facilities in all the
locations including access to boardrooms or meeting
rooms, executive secretarial services, and a wide range of
other services and office support. A dedicated executive
assistant can be arranged for that important appointment
or business function.
14. ⢠To sign up for a virtual office facility, all that is
required is monthly rental in advance, security
deposit equivalent to two monthâs rental which
is refundable not more than 30 days after
termination of service, copy of clientâs
passport, ROC. VIP Link agreement must be
signed in duplicate and 1 copy kept in file.
⢠Terminaion notice is 30 days before end of lease
date.

15. ⢠Separate interview, meeting, conference rooms and training rooms are an
integral part of a CEO SUITE business centre. Typically designed to
accommodate from two to fourteen people, meeting rooms are available in
every CEO SUITE business centre in the region. Some centres e.g. Shanghai
Pudong, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul have training rooms equipped with
different layouts e.g. classroom, U-shaped, theatre style etc and are opened
to external clients.
⢠Payment mode: Credit card for external clients, cheque or cash. Cheque
must be pre-paid before use and balance of outstanding services for the day
by credit card.
⢠Booked by the hour, half day or daily, each room is tastefully furnished and
equipped with secure and high speed internet. Flipcharts, electronic
whiteboards and overhead projectors are complemented by VCRs, remote-
control LCD projectors, and data feeds to allow presentations made directly
from your personal computer or a laptop.

we are proud to invite clients to our offices who find it highly
beneficial to have video conferencing facilities available as and
when they need them.
⢠Video conferencing provides a competitive edge as it provides a
better way of holding long distance meetings and great for
interviews, training courses, customer meetings and arbitration
cases.
⢠CEO SUITE is also able to network with other video conferencing
studios on a global scale. The CEO SUITE instant
videoconferencing service runs on 3 ISDN lines (1 ISDN line = 128
kbps) which determines the high quality sound and clarity of the
VC (full motion, full color). Besides, it significantly reduces time
and expense of unnecessary business related travel &
accommodation costs, increases productivity and accelerate
decision making.
21. ⢠Available as well to external clients, CEO SUITE works closely with web
brokers e.g. Affinity, Eye Network, WhyGo, Intercall (bridging), ACT
Video Conferencing who provide us with a regular stream of referrals
for video conferencing usage as well as assist with bridging or multi
point conferencing if more than 2 parties.
⢠For external clients, fill up VC form and fill up far end details, specify
dialling in or out, duration of call, obtain credit card details and process
payment for use of VC meeting room first and the balance when session
has ended. VC reservation form is emailed to client for their signature
and emailed back. Reservation must be entered into Centre Charge to
confirm booking date.
⢠Video conferencing is priced at hourly rate set for centre and thereafter
30 minute increments plus call charges at ISDN standard rates.
Included in VC rate, tea or coffee and water. Scheduling Fee for
outgoing test calls. Subject to what has been set per centre.
⢠Payment mode: Credit card for external clients, cheque or cash.
