He became a Biologist and a Psychologist
Throughout his career, he identified the four stages of
mental development (schema) and developed the
cognitive theory
Jean Piaget passed away on September 16, 1980 from an
unknown cause

understanding of the world through the four stages of
cognitive development
 1st Stage: Sensorimotor Stage
 2nd Stage: Pre-operational Stage
 3rd Stage: Concrete Operational
 4th Stage: Formal Operational

6.  Occurs from age seven until age eleven

7.  Occurs from age eleven until adulthood
