This document summarizes the work of Work Package 6C and 6G within the CAENTI project. WP 6C aims to define the contents of the Catalyse toolkit at the European level, including developing a European Guide for Diagnosis and Evaluation. WP 6G aims to provide guidance notes for using the Catalyse tools. The work will develop data processing protocols and recommendations for implementing the Catalyse method within territorial projects based on experiences of partner organizations. The results will include proposed protocols, examples of observatories using Catalyse tools, and recommendations for coordinating implementation.
