support to. Slidell Ladies for Liberty is a charity that supports the men and women of the armed
forces in various ways, helping them by making sure they know that their efforts are appreciated.
Bruce Swilley volunteered to organize an event for them called Costumes for a Cause, which took
place in November of 2013. In July of that same year, he participated in another event they put on,
the National Dance Day Dance-Off.
