Forensic Services: Bob Cartwright leads our collections and forensics efforts. Mr.
Cartwright works directly with law firms to identify and collect electronic and physical
documents, document their history, conduct forensic identification where needed and
preserve appropriate chain-of-custody to ensure successful use for legal and
investigative uses. Mr. Cartwright has collected local and network data for nearly
2,000 custodians for subsequent processing and eventual introduction into evidence.
He has worked throughout the Americas, Asia and the Pacific Rim. Mr. Cartwright has
a MBA in Information Systems, and is the co-author of “The Total CISSP Exam Prep
Book” (published by Auerbach Publications). Hourly Rate: $200
Strategic Consulting: Stefan Adler leads our consulting efforts and manages review
teams. Mr. Adler works with your firm to plan and implement discovery
management solutions to better control costs and reduce risks. Mr. Adler has over
20 years of experience managing discovery and has managed every phase of
litigation discovery and post-production document use from corporate preservation
through trial and appeal. Mr. Adler has developed and implemented end-to-end
review and production workflows for multiple Fortune 100 corporations for their use
in managing all litigation and regulatory investigation matters to extend the benefits
of efficient discovery solutions across their respective enterprises. Hourly Rate:

Our Services include:
ESI Processing and Hosting: H3 Consulting provides ESI processing and
document review hosting through our own web-based review tool. Our platform is
truly an on-demand service that permits ingesting and indexing of ESI directly into
our platform for review. Our pricing model allows for affordable electronic discovery
review whether your matter is 1 gigabyte or a terabyte. Unlike other tools, we have
no monthly user charges or per gigabyte storage fees. ESI Processing and hosting
on our secure web-based Document Review Platform: $300 per Gigabyte
Document Review Services: Document review costs typically comprise 70 to 80% of
litigation expenses and the demand to lower review costs has never been greater. H3
delivers its Document Review Service through experienced local, near-shore and off-
shore resources utilizing proven local project management. Taking advantage of the
dual-shore approach permits flexible pricing options to meet your litigation budget.
