chocolate
We make our own Easter bunnies
with this chocolate recipe.
Easy to make.
Ingredients:
500g dark, milk or white chocolate for melt
2 tablespoons milk
Method to do it:
You will need moulds for this recipe.
We melt the chocolate in a machine (Iber Gourmet).
First, you put the chocolate into the machine in pieces and
turn on, then the chocolate is powder.
After you give hot and melt the chocolate.
Coat the inside of each mould with chocolate – we use the back
of a knife. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
Carefully press the moulds
Notes
The number of bunnies or chickens or eggs you will make
depends on the size of your moulds (obviously).
