About Ari Melber is an attorney, television commentator and a correspondent for The Nation magazine, the oldest political weekly in America. Melber is a contributor and guest host for MSNBC and CNBC, and he has been a featured speaker at Harvard, Oxford, Yale, Columbia, NYU and Georgetown, among other institutions. His writing has been published by The Atlantic, Reuters, Salon, The Stranger, and The New York Daily News, among others.Melber received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and a J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he was an editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. He is a member of the New York Bar and lives in Brooklyn.
