2. CQForms Scenarios
(Some examples here and CQForms can be adapted for any type of business)
1.Prepare Quotation for On-Site Service
The Field Executive, invokes CQForms in his Cell Phone, queries the cost and availability of a
part. The details are returned back to the Cell Phone Screen and used by the Executive to
prepare a Quotation. The Quotation is done by entering relevant details in a OnScreen Form.
The Quotation is printed out in the Wireless printer carried along. The information is
immediately updated in the Enterprise system and hence available for further processing.
2. Submit Daily Activity Report
The Field Executive, invokes CQForms in his Cell Phone, chooses the template for the report he
would have to submit. The relevant details are entered ON-Screen and stored in the
Enterprise System. With proper validations inbuilt, the errors are almost NIL and the
information entered is available for further processing.
