3. “A Range of feasible…”
• Should be at least 4 different designs.
• Each should be suitable and usable if chosen
for the final product.
4. “Each Evaluated…”
• You need to write down an evaluation of each
design you do, checking it against the design
specification to make sure it meets it.
• If it doesn’t meet it, the design can’t be
considered ‘feasible’.
• You could copy your test table and use it here but
bare in mind that some of the criteria might not
yet be testable if they require a fully functioning
website. Select the appropriate ones.
5. “and evaluates it fully and critically”
• You need to choose one of your prototype
designs and fully and critically evaluate it
against the specification.
• This means that you need to write a more
detailed report of exactly why you chose it,
why it meets the specification better than the
other designs and you can also be critical here
and suggest some improvements to it, in
order to make it fully meet the specification.
6. What you need to have
For a Level 5/6:
• At least 4 different prototype designs (in this
case 4 full radio scripts)
• An evaluation of each design against the
design specification.
• Identify your chosen design
• Fully and critically evaluate this design against
the design specification.
