Sharia Board warns of publicly violating fasting rituals

The Sharia Board in Aleppo
issued a public amnesty for
all detainees who still have
less than a quarter of their
sentence except those who
are accused of financial re-
ceivables. It also warned all
civilians and soldiers in the
liberated areas of appropri-
ate penalties if they pub-
licly violate Fasting rituals
during Ramadan, whether
jihadists, disabled or law-
fully excused.
Pro- government sources re-
ported that the Syrian Army
captured al-Meqbala village
near Sheikh Najjar north-
east of Aleppo after fierce
battles with al-Nusra Front.
Syrian press sources noted
that the Syrian Army also
controlled on al-Rahmanyah
and Kafar Sagir.
Activists reported that a sui-
cide bomber of Mujahedeen
Shura Council blew himself
up at al-Masmakah headquar-
ter, killing a number of ISIS
fighters. Concurrently, fierce
clashes erupted between the
two warring parties where ca-
sualties of both sides report-
ed. The opposition destroyed
a Hummer and Van during the
clashes in al-Bukamal, killing
all ISIS fighters onboard.A
military source in the Mujahe-
deen’ Shura Council reported
that the council sent convoys
to the city to support FSA
there. It confirmed that the
city hasn’t fallen to ISIS yet.

ernment denied dismiss-
ing Eyad al-Qudsi from his
post in the Interim govern-
ment Secretary General. The
source pointed out that Eyad
al-Qudsi is the vice chairman
of the government, and is ap-
pointed a Secretary General
until electing another person
to handle this post. Ahmad
Tu`ma has issued a decree
yesterday, appointing Dr.
Mouhammad Sheikh Ibra-
him as the Government Sec-
retary General, adding that
the decision has been taken
after consulting al-Qudsi
who welcomed the issue.
An ISIS jihadist threatened
to demolish Kaaba claim-
ing that “it has become wor-
shiped instead of God,” add-
ing that this decision was
issued by the ISIS Emir Abu
Bakr al-Baghdadi, in a new
signal of ISIS intention to
infiltrate into Saudi Arabia.
The Syrian Observatory for
Human Rights reported that
an ISIS sheikh in al-Bab city
issued a fatwa stating that the
fasting of those who hate the
Islamic State is invalid.
