• Query Plans DO CHANGE when going from 2.3.4 to 3.2*
• If you do not need the query parallelism, turn it off
– Apply CQD ATTEMPT_ESP_PARALLELISM ‘OFF’
• Some queries may see more HASH JOINS
– CQD for HASH_JOINS to be set to ‘OFF’
• Some queries may see changes to join orders
– Use the CQD JOIN_ORDER_BY_USER
• Some queries may see full table scans as opposed to index scans or index joins
