WHAT IS APIAS?
   ๏   APIAS is a solution that will display local ads to foreign visitors of premium U.S. web sites.
       When a user will visit one of our partners’ sites from a country other than the U.S., we will
       identify where he is located using his I.P. address and display him a local ad, instead of an U.S.
       targeted one.

   ๏   What we offer you is to represent in your country the inventories that we have gathered
       through partnerships with premium U.S. publishers: you will have to sell them to local
       advertisers looking to target a high-end audience in their country.

   ๏   As a rep firm, your company is used to selling ad spaces in foreign media to advertisers and
       agencies, targeting their original audience. APIAS will give you the opportunity to increase your
       revenue by also selling U.S. web sites’ local traffic to your clients in their own country, thus

IN WHAT ARE WE DIFFERENT?
   ๏   Today, U.S. publishers encounter hardships in monetizing their international traffic: international networks
       provide them with poor-quality ads at low CPMs, and running their own offices is usually not profitable.
   ๏   APIAS enables them to:
       ‣     have a global representation (we can monetize their traffic coming from any country, even the smallest one),

      through a comprehensive and automated system, APIAS will create a new
      premium and leading advertising solution.
   ๏ Foreign visitors of U.S. web sites are English-speakers that are opened to the
      world (more likely to have a good level of education and revenue). In addition,
      the sites we aim at working with have the best content and are the most
      powerful internet brands worldwide.
