For a long time there has been the need to mark sites,
especially properties, to clearly indicate the boundary
lines. The best way to mark them were landmarks,
usually large or unique rocks, driven into the ground to
avoid manipulation. Other systems used were piling up
rocks into a heap, stone crosses... Some municipalities
or big properties carved the stones, or inscribed them
on one or two sides. We can find these small marks all
over Spain. They became transcendental to mark and
thus establish the limits of each municipality. They were
also used in documents as reference points.
Without FITAS we can get lost.
Mental limits are the most difficult to establish and the
least important ones are the physical limits. The mental
limits can be borders. Do we want borders? Or do we
want FITAS that can guide us?
FITA is born with this intention: to be a guide for
action.

FITA has only one objective: installing FITAS of many
different typologies (cultural, informative, business,
social, sportive, recreational, governmental...) in
every city around the world, thus creating a membra-
ne of information in each city encompassing all social
collectives.
In a society led by technology like ours, people need
to interact and, above all, return to the origins, to per-
sonal interaction, to people.
FITAS will be the neuralgic points that allow people to
feel at home wherever they are and wherever they
come from by locating the FITAS related to their inter-
ests. They can spend their time enriching their lives
with what interests them most and connecting with
people who share the same interests.

TALENT AND CREATIVITY
According to recent studies only 10% of 1,000 presented ideas convert
into a project after the first year, of these 10% turn into a company or
another type of legal entity after the second year, and finally after 2/3
years only 10% are still operative. This means with the current system,
of every thousand ideas only one becomes sustainable!
Clearly, the model does not work, it is not efficacious (knowing what to
do), it is not effective (knowing how to do it) nor efficient (avoiding idle
resources), thus not equitable (recognizing uniqueness).
The process a person and/or a team have to undergo to transform an
idea into common good is wrong, because it only takes into account the
object (the world of evidence) and not the subject (the world of convic-
tions).
Seeing a company as a goal and not as a tool inhibits to understand or
support people at the height of their creation. FITA helps transform
utopias into realities.
A new model for organizing knowledge-capital relations and transfor-
ming this into GDP. What we are looking for is the best way to do it. A
new model based on real needs that involves all stakeholders and pays
special attention to reassuring the world of capital that it is possible to
build a transactional space that seeks to create wealth.
It is necessary to extract knowledge "bottom up" and mobilize resources
"top down" to get:

FITA is a brand, a seal of quality that validates correct implementation of
a new way of thinking that includes: values, criteria of governance and
organization, transparency in the process, and a concept market or
basket of contents.
FITA FOUNDATION is a foundational brand that validates the legal orga-
nizations promoting FITA projects..
The SROI and scientific parameterization of some measurable inputs
during the support process mark the progress and the market value of
the project at the moment of the investment round, "La Ferradura." .
From the pre-money value, the start-up will pay a "success fee" of 5% that
will be designated to the chosen social or research project to develop the
local community. These funds will be managed by the Fundació Sant
Cugat Actiu. The learnings of the entrepreneurial team will be the facilita-
tor of this journey "from .com to .org" in form of mentoring the selected
project.
At full capacity the center is estimated to generate at least €100,000 per
year as a contribution to the progress of the local community. The scala-
bility of both the projects as well as the start-ups created in the FITA WIT
will be measured by the conversion “from .cat to .net" to verify the impact
of the fractal model of FITA..
We want .com to finance .org and this to generate the .net of .cat.
We cannot create Fita International without considering the most
important fita for everybody: to live, to live well and to live together...

The idea is to install real fitas all over the world, that
are inspired by the originals, all alike, thus creating a
strong and, above all, universal branding: The hard-
ware (fita) containing software (information) leading
to mindware (knowledge).
The way to connect to the fitas is easy: each one of
them will have a QR code that can be read with new
generation phones, tablets, etc., to access their con-
tent. The content will mainly summarize the intention
of that particular fita, provide information on the sub-
ject, and tell us where to go to learn more or to con-
nect with people of the same interests.
We create new urban furniture, attractive and coherent
to be practical but not too nice to avoid vandalism.
The idea is to use recycled wood combined with a
solar panel to provide renewable energy for illumina-
tion at night or in places where the sun or fog do not
allow them to be seen easily.
A fita ... Mental wealth for those who locate it,
