3. EVENT INFORMATION
Registration
Register for the 2011 WVAGP/EPan Annual Meeting online at http://www.wvagp.org. Pre-registration is mandatory for
both days, including support staff and presenters. There will be no walk-ups and no event day registration available.
Our host site is a secure, federal facility that requires advance notice of attendee names.
Map/Poster Competition
There will be a map competition with the top three winners receiving prizes! Please submit your name, entry title and a
.pdf file (optional) of your map to Jessica Gormont at jgormont@jeffersoncountywv.org. You MUST bring your own hard
copy to the event for display. Event day entries will be accepted. Maps will be hung on the first day in the Entry
Auditorium between 7:30am-8:00am. Voting will begin on Tuesday and conclude after the morning break on
Wednesday. Winners will be announced just before lunch on the second day. Direct any questions you have to Jessica
Gormont.
Location
The 2011 WVAGP/EPan Annual Meeting is being held June 14-15, 2011 at the US Fish & Wildlife Service’s National
Conservation Training Center (NCTC) campus, 698 Conservation Way, Shepherdstown, WV.
After entering on the campus proceed until reaching the guard shack. Stop at the stop sign and the guard will check off
your name on the list. The guard may ask to see a photo ID. Once cleared, park in the Blue Lot (see NCTC Campus Map).
Please register at the Entry Auditorium, pick up your name tag and head toward your scheduled event.

There are a number of restaurants in the Shepherdstown area, especially downtown. Refer to the Shepherdstown
Restaurant Map for their names, locations and phone numbers.
4. Evening Social
On Tuesday evening from 6:00pm-9:00pm those who are interested can join other WVAGP/EPan members at the Blue
Moon Café in Shepherdstown. There will be live music as you eat on the shores of Town Run, right across from the
famous “Little House.” Free parking is also across the street in Lot A of Shepherd University.
