0 Customer Problem we are trying to solve: Today with growing interest in fast
fashion, and major brands being in India, approximately 20% of an average
woman’s (18+ yrs) wardrobe is lying waste. Swapzaar helps women (seller) encash
these items while allowing other women (buyers) to shop one-of-kind fashion resale
items in a guilt-free fun manner thus cashing on the thrifting trend which is
increasingly popular with Celebs and regular young women alike.

India now has 73.9 million Internet users
(on the VERY conservative side compared to figures put out by google and fb which say it
is touching 200 Mn)
As expected, females comprise only 39% of the Indian Internet
population
so 39% of 75 Million = approx. 30 Million
Apparently 75%of internet users are under 35 years in India so
75% of 30 Million = approx. 23 million are the addressable TG
Now if we target only urban it will be lesser since about 70%
internet users are urban, so 70% of 23 mn= approx. 16 mn.
TAM= 16 million URBAN female internet users, below age 35
years .
It can be slightly higher since women between 35-44 (young
mothers) also use the net heavily in India.

Myntra is able to attract approx 13 million unique
visitors every month out of the total approx 100 Mn
people using the net in India roughly 13-15% of the
TAM is what they can attract every month!!
So one of our milestones is to definitely attract a traffic
of minimum 1 % of our TAM every month to the
website. Which is approximately 1.5 Lac unique visitors
every month.
let's say we do only half of this (because of a limited
marketing budget) we should definitely start getting
50-60K unique visitors per month so we know we are
doing something right!!
We should able to show 1000 unique visitors per day
after 4-6 months of launching marketing activities!!
