Consulting Geologist, TKS Consulting, Ltd. TKS Consulting Ltd., under Tim Smith, conducts mineral appraisals,
mineral property evaluations, geologic studies and modeling, well location studies, groundwater studies, septic soil
studies, cash flow analysis, Phase I, II and III Environmental Studies, mineral program development, mineral and
land development permitting. From 1993 to 1998 Tim Smith was also Vice President of Sun Tech Environmental,
Inc., Modesto, California. In addition, Tim Smith was a partner in T & T Earth Services, an environmental drilling
company, from 1992 to 1995.

mines. In addition Tim has been overseeing and developing Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans in California.

Tim Smith directed technical and administrative programs, exploring for and testing poly-metallic massive sulfide,
greenstone gold, disseminated epithermal precious metal and large-scale aggregate and alluvial gold deposits. (Apr.
1976-Jan. 1985)
As exploration geologist for Sunshine Mining Company, Kellogg, Idaho Tim Smith worked on projects ranging
from setting up and running grass roots exploration programs to prospect evaluation to preliminary feasibility studies
for mine acquisition purposes. (May 1974-Apr. 1976)
