Stage 1
Client Engagement
We’ll meet with you in person and get to know your
culture, working environment and we’d ideally meet the
teams your candidate(s) will be working with or managing.
We’ll take a full role brief in order to understand the
specific needs for the position and build a comprehensive
picture of desired behaviours, team dynamics,
responsibilities and career progression.
Working Together
We also agree commercial
terms, ground rules and
understand your current
hiring process and
business model.

Stage 1
Client Engagement
By the end of this stage, we’ll have:
• A detailed job specification
• A set of 3-5 written questions to establish a baseline
standard
• A completed behavioural assessment for the ideal
candidate, known as a Job Survey.
An agreement is reached – and where a matrix
environment exists, multiple job surveys are carried out by
multiple people.

Stage 2
Search and Headhunting
We begin the search – proactively marketing the role and
always representing your brand.
Importantly, we reach active and passive markets – using
traditional search, online channels, including social media,
and our existing networks and relationships.
This becomes our initial shortlist.

Stage 3
Candidate Behavioural Assessment
The initial shortlist of candidates are required to complete
a behavioural assessment to establish that they have the
key attributes in the right measure and balance as required
and are matched against the Job Survey in Stage 1.
This becomes our second shortlist.

Stage 4
Face to Face Interviewing
We then meet selected candidates in person
at a suitable high-profile venue to give them
the best first impression of your company.
We take time to get to know the individual,
including:
• motivations for their career choices
• communication style
• ambitions
• technical capability and emotional maturity
• general management style
• attitude
• presentation
• demeanour
This becomes our third shortlist.

Stage 5
Portal Participation
We invite these candidates to complete a full profile on
your branded TAG360 digital platform where they will
complete your selected written questions, a video
introduction, references and key facts. We also upload
behavioural assessments and CVs or resumes.
Complete profiles become the client shortlist.

Stage 6
Client Portal and Benchmarking
We create a comprehensive briefing document – as well as
a visual candidate benchmark graph.
You and your colleagues can access all this information
and collaborate via your TAG360 digital platform –
from anywhere, from any device – and discuss each
candidate with us.

Client Interviews and Feedback
Interviews are then arranged with the selected candidates,
either one-on-one or with a panel.
You will receive a comprehensive set of interview briefing
notes on each candidate, to aid in the interview and
decision making process.
We will be available to contribute to these interviews, if
required.
Feedback is discussed and if suitable...

Offer of Employment
An offer of employment is extended to the chosen
candidate, and shared with us.
The evidence-based decision is shared with you for your
own records, and supports the choice made by them
should this evidence be needed in the future.
Reference checks are available, if needed.

We offer a one year free replacement guarantee, subject to
terms and conditions.
We want to ensure that candidates continue to thrive and
are successful in their role and our comprehensive
aftercare packages include employee surveys which we
carry out, as agreed, at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months.
