INTRO

ABOUT OUR FURNISHINGS
The designer outdoor collections are designed for sophistication, strenght, durability, comfort
and luxury and are ideal for commercial/contract and residential use. All designer collections
are built to commercial standards.
The aluminum and stainless steel frames are thicker and stronger allowing for plenty of use and
heavy weight. The width of the seating is much wider than most furnishings allowing for greater
comfort for guests.
USAGE
All patio furniture collections have been designed to provide elegant outdoor ambience.
Commercial and residential builders, architects, interior designers and landscape architects
incorporate outdoor living furniture into their client’s design plans utilizing the rust free frames, all
weather wicker weaves and Sunbrella that are perfect for indoor appications such as sunrooms,
lounge areas, foyers, anywhere people gather to mix and mingle.
ALUMINUM FRAMES
The tables, chairs, bar stools, plus sofa and loveseat frames are perfect for commercial/contract
usage and are built using 3mm gauge aluminum, which is well above the patio industry
standard of 1.3mm traditionally used for most outdoor furniture. All frames are powder coated
and rustproof.
STAINLESS STEEL FRAMES
All frames are high gauge, rust free and are constructed to the highest levels possible. Their
strong, sturdy and beautiful designs are ideal for indoor and outdoor use.
FRAMEWORK
The seating area of our designer/commercial furnishings receives additional support through
proper framing underneath the seat area, something we believe is essential in creating
furnishings that receive a lot of use.
ALL WEATHER WICKER WEAVE
Dining tables, lounge chairs plus sofas, loveseats and sectionals are hand weaved using
high density polyethylene all weather weave. The resins we use to create the weave are the
strongest in the industry, and are a patented product we created color fastness, durability
and beauty.
Designed to withstand all weather conditions from the extreme cold of the Rockies to the
extreme heat of the tropics, the weave is perfect for the outdoors and its beautiful feel and look
allow the collections to be utilized in indoor applications. This all-weather weave is non-toxic
and recyclable.
In addition to using the furniture in outdoor applications, many of our clients utilize the furniture
in their indoor restaurants, foyers, lounge areas, solariums and sunrooms.

CUSHIONS
The fabric used for cushions and umbrellas is “Sunbrella”, who are leading manufacturers in
outdoor living fabrics. The Sunbrella fabrics are fade, mold, stain and chlorine resistant and
perfect for entertaining and relaxing in the greate outdoors. Quick dry foam is available for
poolside appication.
STORAGE
There is no need for storage as the furniture as been designed to remain in place through
the extreme hot and cold temperature changes. Simply bring the cushions in and cover the
collection and you’re done.
WARRANTY
• 5 years for commercial appication (designer collections)
• 10 years for residential appication (designer collections)
• 3 years for casual living collections
