Rebuild the wall

REBUILDING THE WALL Nehemiah rebuilt the walls to the destroyed city of Jerusalem. There are also some walls we need to rebuild.

Nehemiah 1:2b-3
and I asked them concerning the Jews who had escaped, who had survived the captivity, and concerning Jerusalem.
3 And they said to me, "The survivors who are left from the captivity in the province are there in great distress and reproach. The wall of Jerusalem is also broken down, and its gates are burned with fire."

Nehemiah 2:17; 4:6
2:17 Then I said to them, "You see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lies waste, and its gates are burned with fire. Come and let us build the wall of Jerusalem, that we may no longer be a reproach."
4:6 So we built the wall, and the entire wall was joined together up to half its height, for the people had a mind to work.

Walls
A wall is a usually solid structure that defines and sometimes protects an area. Most commonly, a wall delineates a building and supports its superstructure , separates space in buildings into rooms, or protects or delineates a space in the open air. There is still at lot of wall building left to be done

But – few read and obey what it teaches
We must rebuild:
Faith in the Bible
Authority of the Bible
Personal Bible study

Time
1 st day of the week
Not occasionally
Not just on Easter and Christmas

As a memorial to Him

Not infants

For forgiveness of their sins

Do you have a mind to work?
Nehemiah 4:6 So we built the wall, and the entire wall was joined together up to half its height, for the people had a mind to work.
There are still walls to be rebuilt.
Satan is still tearing them down.
We must be about building the walls again.
