Horus Technology has developed a stereo bone conduction device that uses object recognition, navigation assistance, and facial recognition to help the 285 million people worldwide who have sight loss live more independently. The device was created after countless hours of work by a team that spoke often about their idea, helped each other without being greedy, asked mentors for help, said no when needed, and applied to many grants and accelerators.
