PROJECT DETAILS :
PROJECTTITLE: DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MPD OVER MPEG-DASH
 In Video domain, MPEG_DASH is the latest hot topic with universal standardization for client
players by addressing the formatted content present in the associated MPD manifest file.
 In this project, MPD is implemented as per the specification of ISO Standard (ISO/IEC 23009-1)
second edition 2014-05-15, as per the coding guidelines of DVD-FF Record Engine.
 The proposed method enables to share production of multiple files, distribution of file and
transparent operation to overcome fragmentation and low quality of experience.
 DASH MPD file supports more features than Apple-HLS, Microsoft-HSS/MSS, and Adobe- HDS.
