1. Class of 2014 Senior Ad
Senior Ad: The ads are due on Friday, November 1, and cost $150 for a quarter-page. Your ad can
include three pictures and up to 100 words, two pictures and up to 125 words, or one picture and up to
150 words. You will need to download your picture(s) by going online to http://images.balfour.com and
send your text to phsseniorad@gmail.com

Go to http://images.balfour.com.
Enter our project number of 401753 with the password of panthers2014.
Enter your name with either an email address or phone number. Click NEXT.
You will then be asked to look over the agreement that you are making with the school and Balfour
Publishing. As long as you agree, mark that you have read it and click next.
5. You may upload your picture(s). You may include up to three photographs in your ad.
Remember the number of pictures will affect the number words in your message: 3 pictures
(100 words), 2 pictures (125 words), and 1 picture (150 words).
6. You should upload your pictures on http://images.balfour.com by November 1, 2013. Please
name your caption(s) using your full name and adding the term Senior Ad. For example, you
would put Doe, John Senior Ad. Of course, in place of Doe, John, you will put your last and
first name and Senior Ad. If you have more than one picture, put name, Senior Ad, pic #1;
on the next put name, Senior Ad, pic #2; on the final picture, put name, Senior Ad, pic #3.
7. Email your message to phsseniorad@gmail.com In the subject caption, please include Doe,
John Senior Ad (again, you would put your last and first name). In the message, put your
quote and a phone number that we could use if we need to contact you about the ad/message.
The cost of the senior ad is $150 and may be paid at http://balfour.com or in room 7.105
(cash or check).
8. Parents may put ads in the book as a surprise. Please notify us of your intention and we will
not ask your student any questions when you send us the ad message.
9. If you have a group of seniors who would like to purchase an ad, we will need to have the
names of all the students on the ad with the name and telephone number of a contact person.

Additional Notes about Photographs
Your digital photos should be of high quality (300 dpi). Poor quality photos may be
blurry or pixilated when printed in the yearbook.
File size should be 8 MB or less.
You may have a JPEG, TIF, or PNG file.
Do not upload pictures taken with cell phones or those from websites such as Facebook.
These pictures are not of good quality and will not print well in the yearbook.
Remember – we will not alter the photographs you send to us. But they MUST be school
appropriate.
