2. 01
ASK SOMEONE TO
DRIVE YOU HOME
Since your breast lift surgery requires
anesthesia, you will be groggy for the
first 24-48 hours after the procedure.
3. 02
SCHEDULE TIME
OFF AT WORK
You will need to take at least 1-2
weeks off from work after the day of
your surgery so you can rest.
5. 04
COOK NUTRITIOUS
MEALS IN ADVANCE
Before your breast lift surgery, prep
nutritious meals and snacks so that you
don't have to cook during recovery.
6. 05
FIND LOOSE
CLOTHING
On the day of your surgery, wear
loose, comfortable clothing that
won't put any strain on your breasts.
7. 06
FINISH CHORES
AND RUN ERRANDS
Do any chores or errands you may have
before your breast lift so that you can
focus on recovery. Too much physical
movement can interrupt healing.
9. 08
HAVE SOMEBODY
WATCH YOUR KIDS
During the first few weeks of recovery,
you may need some help taking care of
your children. Ask a spouse, family
member, or friend to help babysit.
