Honble Prime Minister of India This is in continuation of complaint no PMOPGE20160567078
dated 10.12.16 complaint no PMOPGE20160572533 dated 12.12.16 complaint no
PMOPGE20160577788 dated 13.12.16 and complaint no PMOPGE20160583926 dated
16.12.16. An Offence of PERJURY has been committed by Rtd Justice S.B.Sinha and his
associates therefore Apex Institution is shielding and protecting the bad elements of State
Apparatus and harassing victimizing offending the petitioner and her ailing single son. The
petitioner is a victim of JUDICIAL MALFUNCTIONING. The petitioner has become a dead
woman whose all families have been killed in front of her own eyes and she could not do
anything. She and her ailing single son have been kept captive in the dark room since 12 years
by the nexus of Rtd Justice S.B.Sinha and Praveen Kumar from Indian Defense Account Service
presently as CMD with Indian Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Ltd Scope Complex Lodhi Road New
Delhi . Petitioner and her ailing single son have not seen the color of this world since 12 years.
The petitioner is just registering her case of JUDICIAL MALFUNCTIONING with all Apex
Institutions so that her killing does not remain silent. Secondly enabling the Apex Institutions
with material evidence to punish BAD ELEMENTS OF STATE APPARATUS. We have been
subjected to silent Death by the nexus of Rtd Justice S.B.Sinha and Praveen Kumar evading the
RULE OF LAW OF THE LAND. FIND ATTACHED THE VICTIMS PHOTOGRAPHS
DEMONSTRABLY PROVING IMMINENT DANGER TO LIFE AND LIBERTY.
