Assume the respondents are
familiar with the specifics.
Respondent may agree with
the statement part questions,
but not assumptive part.

opinion, influence the experience of

Better phrasing:
Do you think that customer service can
affects a customer’s experience at

10. Jargon & Slang
Use words that are direct and

When two “no” words are used
