• What is Physical Fitness?
– Ability to perform everyday tasks, without fatigue.
• Changes between every individual.
• What effects physical fitness?
– Age, gender, lifestyle, training.
• 2 components of physical fitness
– Health Related
– Skill Related
Training improves overall physical fitness, which leads to an
increase in movement.
• E.g FITT principles, training methods, principles of training.
2. Skill Related - Key Terms
