We have launched a four step (training-
consultation-inspection and reporting) secure
hotels program with the team we put together
with our international and local experience
obtained from years of security management in
international chains and local five-star hotels,
residences and work space and lawyers,
architects, engineers, sociologists,
psychologists and hotel security managers with
long term field experience. The first step of the
program is a four day "security management in
star hotels" lasting four days based on a 450
page large volume book in a university.
Our goal in this effort is to create sense of security with a solid foundation in guests and agencies
by ensuring technical and operational security standards we created on a global scale via training
and information share in hotels and then improving the said standards via routine and non-routine
inspections and certifying the hotels fulfilling the standards.

programs.
In hotels belonging to a chain, before group accommodation/activities; hotel security is audited with or
without a notice and then the reservation process begins. These audits are carried out and evaluated in
accordance to the international standards which we also use.
Moreover, especially the agencies providing services to accommodation groups are given a standardized
checklist about the security of the accommodation facility by the group officials and the hotel is chosen
based on these forms.
Hotels in the program are audited by our team (machinery engineer-master architect) who acted as
security manager in hotels for many years, has academic career and field experience, based on a check-
list of 14 principle and 140 sub-titles on technical and administrative subjects such as the building's
architecture, climate and weather condition of the area, proximity to and relationships with the police-fire
department-health institutions, regions security colour code, facility security archives, security breach
coefficient, number of elevators and preservation of drinking water, routinely (quarterly) and non-
routinely and without notifications on demand and presents the report to the authority's attention (along
with the recommended precautions).
Hotels participating in "HOTELS SECURITY AUDIT PROGRAM MEMBER" program, can measure their
security performance and feeling according to the reports by having themselves inspected with or without
notifications according to specific and international standards and share the results with international
industry platforms and agencies.
