1 The academy was established by the National 
Consumer Forum (NCF) and its partners to provide 
high quality education and training programmes. 
2. The NCF is a consumer organisation that is 
dedicated to the promotion and protection of 
consumer rights and interests. The organisation is a 
Full Member of Consumers International, a federation 
of more than 260 organisations worldwide. 
3. The academy is accredited by BANKSETA (5577088) 
4. Our target market includes small entrepreneurs, 
cooperatives, NGO's / CBO's and others.
