Every human being is born with talents that can make them excel at something. To do that though you need to decide what you want and believe you can achieve it. I have seen so many people not make that decision or being wishy-washy about it. Skills acquisition is secondary to this sense of clarity. The result is typically a degree of success less than what it could have been. I am about "growing" people, working with them to clarify what they want and be resolute about it.
