• It is working with all departments to ensure buy-in.
• It is understanding the goal and creating a plan to
meet the goal.
• It is implementing the plan and attending to each
detail.
• It is negotiations, hotel and travel.

Tradeshows and expos are one of my
main areas of expertise. I have

Tradeshows have ranged from one-day
events for a few hundred people to a
week-long events for 17,500 people.
