Winning Colors is an instrument that helps people understand themselves and others based on four behaviors linked to colors: Planner (Green), Builder (Brown), Relater (Blue), and Adventurer (Red). It provides a framework for identifying present behaviors and developing new behaviors to improve communication, management, and interactions. The goal is to be able to demonstrate situational behaviors by bringing up the behaviors needed in a given situation. Winning Colors assists with self-understanding, appreciation of others, and acquiring beneficial new behaviors for development.
