7. Instead of using a pint glass with your Boston
shaker, opt for a 5 oz. shaker cup.

8. It’s lighter, and much less likely to shatter while
mixing.

30 SECONDS

10. Add the spring from a Hawthorne strainer to
a shaker with heavy cream and simple syrup.

11. Shake for 30 seconds, and voilà! Freshly whipped
