1. Introduction
Behavior

Over the years, I, Manohar M. M. Iyer, also known as Murali, in the course numerous interactions with
various individuals from all walks of life I have learnt that the process of behavior is as below:

Past experiences    Thoughts     Feelings   Decision    Behavior    Message perceived      Other’s Behavior

In a nutshell I can say that:
     1. Behavior is a choice
     2. Behavior breeds Behavior.

It would be interesting to understand how others have perceived my behavior and how my choices on how
to behave, has affected their perception about me.

The Task

I am supposed to collect feedback about my behavior, from Mixed Source of humans who have known me
or Interacted with me. This assignment is a part of “Human Behavior in Organization”, one of the topics in
MBA which I am learning from ITM (Institute for Technology and Management) at Vashi.

Method

A survey is conducted with all those humans currently connected with me to rate me based on their
perception about my behavior, on the following traits:
    1. Attitude
    2. Initiative
    3. Analysis
    4. Flexibility
    5. Team playing skills
    6. Personality
    7. Leadership
    8. Motivation
    9. Adaptability
    10. Communication
    11. Ability to learn
    12. Work standards
    13. Decision making
    14. Time management
    15. Interpersonal skills
    16. Problem solving skills
    17. Planning & organization
    18. Knowledge

On analyzing the feedback data collected I will be able compare my assumptions on my behavior and what
the humans connected with me actually see. This will be one of the best ways to learn and to understand
all the positive traits in me and the areas where I need to work upon. This learning will aid me to become a
better individual.
