962 residents from Mackay, Sarina, and Pioneer Valley were surveyed about their satisfaction with council services. Over 70% of residents who dealt with council gave top marks to the planning and development approvals process. Roads remained a top priority for improvement, along with better community consultation and support for business/industry. The survey results will help council continue providing great services and improving areas that make the region a desirable place to live.
