This document describes Bill Moore's farm sorting process to improve peanut quality. The process involves delivering harvested peanuts to sheds for dehusking and drying in silos. Peanuts are then sorted using an air leg to remove nuts, sticks, rocks and a color sorter to remove defects, with a second sorting for additional quality control before dispatching peanuts from silos.
