3. A Bird’s Eye View on Business
Business analysis is the discipline of identifying business needs and determining solutions to
business problems: process improvement, organisational change, strategic planning, policy
and/or systems development.
Throughout my professional career, I have experienced a
unique journey into the world of business analysis.
I have learned a great deal from the technical perspective
of change.
This experience has further enhanced the value I provide
to the business when assessing operational change.
Just like in personal relationships, communication in
business is the foundation to world peace!
Understanding and voicing the needs of the business leads
to strategic analysis that flows, presents and translates
into change.
I have a great track record in project management and the
ability to build strong business relationships. This makes
life easier and focuses on the main goal of any project:
keeping the end-client happy.
So business analysis is a work passion for me. I gain great
satisfaction from contributing to change in any business
environment across all industries.
