impossible to get cool and stay
cool for long.

to cool down.
Twists and bends can stimulate blood flow
and increase the amount of oxygen youโre
breathing.
Resting movements can slow your body and
allow it to rejuvenate.

Side twists
Anything with a twist is like a massage for
your insides.
โข Clasp your hands together on one leg
โข Rest on one hand to stretch even further

Bend at the waist and
stretch your arms gently as
far as you can along your
legs.

This cooling and restorative pose is also quite
