I am writing in support of Mrs. Katrice Clopton's application to work with your organization. I
can appreciate the level of excellence, character and professionalism that is expected of all those
who work with your office. I can tell you with the highest level of confidence, that Mrs. Clopton
embodies all those characteristics and would be a tremendous addition to your staff.
I have come to know Mrs. Clopton to be a professional, honest and diligent worker who operates
with the utmost integrity and sincerity. She has worked with our office staff as a Judicial
Administrative Assistant. As part of her duties, she handles a wide range of administrative
functions including preparing, scheduling and maintaining the court's daily and yearly calendar,
handling all communications with attorneys, court personnel and the general public, monitoring
and ordering all court supplies, preparing the yearly court budget and maintaining and submitting
records and time sheets for bi-weekly payroll. I have been very impressed with the quality of her
work and the timeliness at which she completes tasks. .
Over the last five years as a staff attorney with the court and serving four years as Judge Pro Hac
Vice, I have had many opportunities to evaluate support staff. In considering Mrs. Clopton, I
