About
I work with teams to understand problems and opportunities. Together we distill insights into simple solutions, envisage designs and build services that work.
I employ a user centred design practice that includes:
Exploration – understanding the service and the people who use it.
Analysis and insights – identifying and prioritising the parts of the problem.
Making – finding pragmatic ways for everything to work together.
Testing – ensuring everything works well and provides a good user experience.
I use lean service design tools, empathy and critical thinking to turn meaningful insights into valuable design features.
From 2012-2015 I worked with healthmapstudy.net.au on technology
