5. Oil Dehydration Plants
 These plants are suitable for all
types of electrical insulating oils.
 We have standard high-vacuum
filtration and dehydration plants to
remove moisture (free as well as
dissolved), gases, dirt and oxidation
products from mineral-based and
synthetic, silicon oils and others.
 Systems are in flow rates from 300
LPH to 12000 LPH. Custom built
plants can be provided as per
customer’s specific requirement,
such as more flow-rates.

6. Varnishing Machines:
 Batch Type Machines-With heating by passing DC current through
electrical winding and varnishing with trickle or dip n roll method.
 Index Type Machines-Heating with Ceramic radiation heaters or hot

 Industrial Oil purification systems are
designed & manufactured to suit the
specific requirement of the customer.
 Normally the oil is deteriorated by
contamination of foreign particles,
moisture (free & dissolved), oxidation
sludge etc.
 The deteriorated oil affects the
performance of the equipment in which
it is used because of change in
properties.

8. Vacuum Impregnation Plants:-
 This vacuum/pressure impregnation plant is
designed for varnish impregnation to be
carried out in an efficient manner.
 For precision functioning, the plant is
provided with impregnation chamber,
impregnation storage tank, vacuum system,

and control panel.
