through the unnecessary use of this
event in February?
Retailers used different and longer
periods of time for this promotion
(not only a day of reduction). Altex
and Media Galaxy chosed to
promote reductions between 12-
15 February, while Domo just a little
later: 13-16 February.

 These two retailers (Dedeman
and Praktiker) now have their
catalogues available on
phone through an app. Will
this message be enough to
convince customers to install
them? If this is the future of
promotions, time will tell.

concept store, with a
modern design and new
articles, appealing to
customers through a new
selections of beverages
and assisted serving for
fresh articles.

 Kaufland integrated their
seasonal love contest with
their new communication
strategy which started this
year. Now it seems that
Kaufland’s support is going
toward the local love
holiday of Dragobete,
because of its message
and delayed period of
entry compared with last
year.
 New loyalty campaign with
reductions for Titan sets of
luggages.

 Following the trend with special
thematic catalogues for each
season, Cora issued a beauty
catalogue with 48 pages, with
promotions for an entire month.

 Preparing for the arrival of
spring, Lidl launches a 2
month catalogue for
gardening and indoor
flowers, but with the
articles available in
different weeks.
