3. Low Carb Diets Don’t Work Low carb diets have been popular for some time now and to be honest I don’t know why. When anybody asks how to reduce weight quickly the automatic response seems to be the low carb diet. So I’m not all that crazy for saying low calorie isn’t the way to go for fast fat loss…well hopefully not!

Well the way to get around this adaptation is to not eat the same amount of calories day in and day out, pretty simple right?
