Teksta Robotic Dog is very interactive, and best of all while
looking and acting like a real puppy, Teksta Robotic Dog is

With its articulated limbs Teksta Robotic Dog has a f ull range
of motion, and it can be used on any surf ace. It can also act
and move just like a real playf ul puppy, wagging its tail, rolling
around and crouching. Its LED eyes can track movements
across the room, and turn into hearts when “I love you” is
said. Teksta Robotic Dog also has voice activated commands and can learn when he is played with.
How Much?
T his adorable dog robot was just released in August 2013 and retails f or around $100.

Teksta Robotic Dog is aimed at kids about 5 years old and up.
Although primarily aimed at younger children, this dog also
appeals to the whole f amily.

T he Teksta Robotic Dog has around 30 trainable commands,
including “here boy”, “play ball”, “speak”, “look at me”, and many
more. T his is great f un f or children who want a pet dog but who
are still too young f or the responsibility of a real dog. T he more
he is played with the more he will ‘learn,’ he will also learn to recognize his owners.
One of the cutest f eatures of Teksta Robotic Dog is that he has sensors on his belly so he responds to a
belly run by rolling over and showing hearts in his LED eyes. He can also play dead, when he does this, he
appears to f all over and his eyes become X’s. Teksta Robotic Dog even goes to the toilet on command, lif ting
his back leg and even making sounds.
Just like a real dog, if he’s lef t alone he will go and explore the room and f ind things to play with and look at.

2. One downside to Teksta Robotic Dog is that a f ull charge,
that takes 30 minutes, will only give 20-40 minutes of play
time. So if a child wants to play they will only be able to play in
20-40 minute segments rather than a long play session. On
the upside it can be charged with either a USB or wall outlet,
so you can plug him in almost anywhere.

As yet there is no inf ormation on whether Teksta Robotic
Dog will come with a guarantee or not.
Is Teksta Robotic Dog worth the money?
Although $100 may seem expensive at f irst glance, with all of
Teksta Robotic Dogs f eatures and tricks the price isn’t as
bad as it f irst seems. It’s also much cheaper than the
alternative of a real dog.
