輸出與輸入所需之資訊或表單及系統目標，限制，
主要功能等
ex: environment, procedure, scope, i/o,
sizing, function

5. 3. 系統設計 (System Design)
細部需求：使用者介面之要求，例外狀況之處理，
錯誤及輔助訊息之顯示
ex: UI/UX, exception handle,
warning message, assistant message
